In short, off-page SEO includes all the SEO activities that take place outside of your website to improve your search engine rankings. Common off-site SEO strategies include link building, content marketing, social media marketing, guest posts, podcasting, and video marketing.
The Basics of Off-Page SEO
We already know about On-Page SEO. I hope I can give you a rough idea about it. Today we will learn about Off-page SEO.
Off-Page Seo
Hope you remember the simple definition of off-page SEO, what others are saying about your website is off-page SEO.
When you think that yes, my on-page work is over, but you should not be silent, then you have to work off SEO. The main function of off-page SEO is to create backlinks. How many people can use their creativity to create backlinks?
Note: Off-page SEO but not like before, it means you made 5000 links in one night and went to TopRank in Google, but not that. Google is very smart, so you need to create backlinks, but it looks like a natural link building. There are many other things to keep in mind, such as link popularity, page authority, etc.
If you can build links in a natural way then you will be benefited otherwise your chances of ranking will be reduced.
How to build a natural link?
Now I will try to give you some ideas about natural link building. I hope that if you think about them well, you will be able to invent many new methods.
1. Suppose someone builds 1000 links overnight, you can figure out - what really happened. It's very easy to say, either he bought the links from someone with money or he may have paid 200 people to take the link from everyone at 5 o'clock or something like that could happen. This means that no one gave him backlinks because he loved him or because his content was good, gave backlinks in exchange for money, and this is not a natural phenomenon. It has been done artificially. So when Google sees that someone has become the owner of a lot of backlinks overnight, Google does not take it well. Your website can be penalized at any time.
Here, too, the proverbial sentence is old Old gold. For example, if Wikipedia generates 5,000 backlinks in one day, Google will not mind because it is a very old and informative site, but if you create 100 links a day to your new site, you may be penalized. So be careful. Ask yourself - how many links can you create in one day - don't go for less than your full potential
2. Suppose again your site is a brand new site you thought, yes I will create 10 backlinks a day then there will be a natural flow. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like backlinks ain't for me either. What I mean is, if your site has 5 unique visitors per day, and double if you create backlinks, it also means that it is not a natural flow, you are creating it yourself or someone else. So what do you do It is best if you create one-third of the backlinks to your site. For example, if you have 50 visitors, you can create 15-20 backlinks daily. Hopefully, your ideas are slowly clearing up. I may not be able to tell you all the terms due to lack of time or I may not remember so if I use any new word and if you have difficulty in understanding then please do a Google search. I hope the resulting number 1 will get the meaning of these words. For example, here I used the word Unique visitor but did not give any explanation.
3. Then suppose the main keyword of our example site is My Kindle reviews, so if you think yes all my backlinks will have my kindle reviews written in the anchor text. Then you will make a big mistake. Because the anchor text of all the backlinks of a site may not be the same, so Google will easily catch that you are doing keyword stuffing. So when using Anchor text, keep in mind that it has variations. For example, maybe 30% used exact keyword, 20% broad match, 20% LSI keyword (electronic reading device related to this kindle but a little differently, google with LSI keywords finder), 30% general keyword (click here, check out) this, etc). If you format your site's anchor text in this way, it will be much more natural. Use more Long tail keywords.
4. Do not use more than 3 keywords as tags in your article.
5. Make a combination of Dofollow and Nofollow backlinks to your site so that the Nofollow backlink does not become too much.
Get backlinks from all types of top-level domains such as: .com, .net, .org, .edu etc. It would be much more natural if you had all kinds of backlinks.
Create some links every day. Because if you don't create 100 links in one day and then maybe one week, then Google will consider it as suspicious activity.
Increase the amount of activity on your social site.
9. Create different types of content such as video, audio, PowerPoint presentation, PDF and publish these content on different websites. From there you will get backlinks and you will also get visitors. There may be a few such sites, youtube.com, vimeo.com, slideshare.net, odiogo.com, etc.
